Join Josh Dolan -- and special guest chef Terry Bloom of Stone Bend Farm in Newfield - on (4) Thursday nights for a live cooking experience for individuals and families. Live on Zoom, Josh will share kitchen safety practices, recipes and cooking tips based on whatever can be found in his pantry or procured from local farms.

On Thursday, May 28, learn to make fresh pasta with Traditional Pomodoro Sauce: Terry will show the class how to mix their own fresh pasta dough, then proceed to explain and demonstrate how to form a variety of shapes with their dough. After that we will continue finishing the meal by demoing at least 1 sauce.

Learn how to stretch your dollars with meals that can be prepared in an hour or less and can feed a family, or individual for a week. Register online to receive a grocery list for the class along with recipes and helpful tips that will help you be more frugal during a time of economic uncertainty.
